AppraiserX processes redacted reports only. We follow industry-standard privacy and security measures. Your files are never shared or resold.

Will AppraiserX replace me as an appraiser?

No. AppraiserX.AI, the AI | HUB GPTs, Apps, and AI Agents are all tools and do not provide value opinions, assignment analysis or final judgement. They assist with compliance and narratives — you remain responsible for the final analysis.
